Good to know
Questions? We've got answers.
How does BounceBuddy move?
An electric jumping mechanism inside the ball makes it bounce, roll and change direction on its own, with erratic movement that keeps dogs guessing.
Is it tough enough for my dog?
It's made from durable PC + TPE built to resist chewing, and the outer shell is replaceable. No toy is indestructible, so we recommend supervising play and removing the ball if it gets damaged.
How do I charge it?
BounceBuddy is rechargeable, so there are no batteries to buy. Charging instructions are in the user manual included in the box.
Can cats play with it too?
Yes! BounceBuddy is suitable for both dogs and cats.
Which color should I pick?
Both work exactly the same. Cosmic Blue glows cyan and Cosmic Orange glows pink. Can't decide? Get both and save 15% with a bundle.
How do bundle discounts work?
Add 2 balls to your cart to save 15%, or 3 balls to save 25%. You can mix colors, and the discount is applied automatically with no code needed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order.
What's your return policy?
See our refund policy for full details.
